All plans have a $329 annual fee from the second year onwards, covering registered agent service, annual state filing, one yearly amendment (excluding state fees) with the state if you want to change the name, address, or ownership. All other items or add-ons renew at the prices listed at the time of renewal. Rates are subject to change.
